Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $18.70 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location protocols, assisting with directions, badge or sign‑in processes, and other security‑related support duties. Support emergency preparedness efforts by following post orders, assisting with de‑escalation when appropriate, and coordinating with first responders and/or medical personnel during urgent situations. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
