Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Alabama Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs and common SNF documentation practices preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow care plans.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift name: Other.
• Float requirement: May travel to nearby facility in Georgiana if needed, rarely.
• Assignment length: 13 week assignment.
