American Guard Services is currently seeking a professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officer for a retail location in Spokane, WA. If you are customer service oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure assigned retail property.
• Patrol designated areas and report suspicious activity.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Write accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Washington State Security Guard License required.
• Must be able to fluently speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult situations.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
