RN Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Status: Full Time Territory: Norfolk, Chesapeake, Va Bch, Portsmouth with occasionally seeing patients in Hampton, Newport News and Yorktown. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; weekend pickup of Friday 5pm to Monday 8am as a back up on call nurse once every 6 weeks Are you a Registered Nurse who thrives on providing compassionate, whole-person care-and wants to be more than just a caregiver, but a true advocate, companion, and comfort to patients and their families?
