Graphic Design Internship

Graphic Design InternPeak Sports MGMT is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our team at our headquarters just north of Dallas. This role will work closely with our Social Media & Marketing team to help bring the Peak Sports MGMT brand to life through compelling visual content. This internship is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and a desire to create graphics that engage audiences across digital platforms.What You'll DoDesign and produce engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedInCollaborate with the Social Media & Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, announcements, and brand initiativesAssist in creating visual assets for short-form video content (thumbnails, overlays, motion graphics, etc.)Develop branded templates to ensure consistency across all Peak Sports MGMT contentSupport the design of promotional materials such as digital ads, recruiting graphics, and marketing collateralHelp maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Peak Sports MGMT brandAssist with additional creative and marketing projects as neededWhat We're Looking ForCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate with at least a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or universityStrong interest in sports, branding, and digital content creationProficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or CanvaBasic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) is a plusUnderstanding of social media design trends and what performs well across platformsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at onceCreative thinker with a willingness to take feedback and iterate quicklySelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhy Peak Sports MGMTThis internship provides hands-on experience in sports branding and digital design, offering the opportunity to work on real campaigns and contribute visually to a growing sports management company.
