Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders. Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs and goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Stay informed about best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Alabama state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
