Warehouse Assistant Education Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Warehouse Assistant Experience Requirements + Job Duties

• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or office support experience preferred
• Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to answer phones, greet visitors, and provide professional customer service
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
• Ability to verify shipments and maintain accurate documentation
• Flexible schedule with willingness to support office needs when coverage is required

Warehouse Assistant Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Assistant you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
