Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at The Springs of Camden, in Camden, AR

We’re hiring a Part-time COTA to join our dynamic rehab team in Camden, AR . If you love helping people move better, live stronger, and reach their goals—with a smile—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT
Assist in executing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
Document patient progress with accuracy and insight
What You Bring:
Active Arkansas COTA license
A passion for patient care and teamwork
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
Part-time availability and a positive, proactive mindset
