Part Time Breakfast ServerEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Courtyard by Marriott Bistro Counter - Make and serve coffee drinks, light cooking, and cashier dutiesBecome fully trained in all areas of the "The Bistro" and perfect servicePresents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotionsVerifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as neededMaintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredientsCommunicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracyAttentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concernsCollects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areasDelivers room service orders as neededAssists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team membersAssists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiencyAssists in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the departmentPerforms additional responsibilities as assigned by leadershipRequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalismConduct work-related functions in a professional mannerSome food service and/or coffee service experience preferred
