If you have a background in plastic and strong leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Ensure health and safety compliance. Optimize production schedules and reduce operating costs. Lead productivity improvement efforts. Oversee production operations. Manage employee performance, career development, and resolve issues. Monitor inventory and forecast production. Regular attendance and professional interaction with clients and coworkers. Qualifications 5-10 years of plant management experience (preferably in ).
