With continued growth comes opportunity! We are interviewing to fill a Restaurant District Manager position. This position will lead our Fargo, North Dakota market.

We need veteran, experienced QSR Area Manager level leadership to help us grow! We believe that “bland and flavorless” is just downright bad...when it comes to food ...or your restaurant management career ! We need a leader with an over the top attitude and a renegade spirit to join our team where in our restaurants we take pride in living according to our values. We are looking for leaders in supporting our “values driven philosophy” among our restaurant management teams.

Experience should include:

· Must be tenured ... 3 or more years e xperience in a senior level (Area Manager) role

Strong Multi-Unit Experience is Required
Experience in oversight of a market of 5+ restaurants
QSR Restaurant or Fast Casual Restaurant experience required
Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to productively resolve conflict
Proven track record with achieving financial goals and overall control of restaurant financials
Passionate about self-development and the development of others
People focused, with an ability to inspire others
Works with a sense of urgency and intent
Ability to adapt in fast paced environments
Values open and honest communication

Must desire to have “Fun” at work
