We offer a newer competitive wage of $34.00/hour, along with shift differential pay for certain hours of work. Pay is negotiable based upon experience. Come work for a Company that offers you the opportunity to grow and advance in your career.Shift Differential Pay:Every weekend with a $5.00/hour shift differentialHours between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. include a $1.50/hour shift differentialFull-time Benefits:Competitive pay with shift differentialsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife and AD&D insurance401(k) with a matching percentEmployee assistance programChildcare assistanceAflacPaid time off (PTO)Flexible schedulingResponsibilities:Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient’s quality of life.Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or bachelor’s school of nursing, or vocational nursing.Current state license as an RN.Proof of current CPR certification; or ability to be certified.Compassionate, friendly demeanor.Excellent communication skills.Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to work a flexible schedule.Ability to pass a background check.NEW Care, Inc. has been providing a variety of supportive living services to residents of Crivitz and the surrounding communities since 1965.
