Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency patients using the nursing process
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Delegate and manage staff resources to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care activities accurately in patient records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Adapt care to meet diverse patient populations and needs

What You Need:

• Valid Mississippi RN license
• Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
• Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical demands, including heavy exertion when necessary
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
