Key Responsibilities
Provide warm dependable customer support through phone email and messaging
Assist clients as they browse and book travel options including cruises resorts flights and vacation packages
Review itineraries payment details and travel documents with customers
Research destinations promotions and travel options tailored to each client
Help troubleshoot simple booking or account questions
Maintain clear consistent communication throughout the planning process
Use travel platforms booking tools and customer service best practices
