Optometrist - Float Position - Competitive Compensation + Great Benefits - Chesterfield, MI
We are seeking a motivated Optometrist to join an established practice in Chesterfield, Michigan!
DETAILS:
- Float Position
- Mostly Primary Eye Care
- 2-3 patients per hour
- Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available
- Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras, OCT (at select offices)
- New Grad OD Program available - Start before you are licensed
- Great OD mentorship available
SCHEDULE:
- Float between offices
- Full Time
- 4 or 5 days work week available
- 2+ Saturdays preferred
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
- Production based incentive model with bonuses on top
- Average earnings of $150,000-$160,000/year
- Medical, dental, vision
- Life insurance
- 401k with 3% match
- Personal/sick time
- 3 weeks Vacation per fiscal year.
- New grad incentive for first 3 years after graduation

***All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.***
