Inbound Remote Sales Representative

Compensation Base pay range : $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+. Location Available in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these specified locations. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits. Convert sales leads into policyholders. Adapt well to different environments and schedules. Additional Training & Benefits 16-week training for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Schedule of 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start. Minimum 12 months before shift change. Work-At-Home requirements: professional workspace, wired high‑speed internet 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload. Qualifications 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required. Strong persuasive skills, engaging interpersonal skills. Excellent communication to prospects & customers. Analytical, decision‑making, organizational skills. Typing capabilities & PC proficiency.
