What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location including entrances parking areas common areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity report suspicious conditions or policy violations and document incidents according to site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with healthcare personnel visitors and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
