This position assists Mortgage Loan Officers and helps customers attain their homeownership goals. Employees that have a strong attention to detail and enjoy a fast-paced workday excel in this position.
This position cannot be done remotely.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will assist with processing mortgage loan applications. Will collect documentation regarding appraisals, inspections and title insurance. Will prepare and review loan closing documents for accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Equivalent to a high school education. Prefer two years’ office work experience. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a supportive team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
