Neurology Territory Business Manager, Cincinnati (Overlay)

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Cincinnati, Louisville, and Charleston area. The role involves territory planning, HCP engagement, and driving sales and launch objectives for specialty autoimmune medicines, working collaboratively with internal and field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plan and local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
• Engage with HCPs, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers
• Collaborate with regional TBMs and cross-functional teams on customer strategy and alignment
• Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
• Submit account plans and activity reports via CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
• 5+ years of specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Neurology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience with product launches and market access dynamics
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Local market knowledge preferred

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base salary USD annually
