• Pay Rate: $38.00/hour
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Alternative Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts
  • 4 Days On / 3 Days Off
  • 4 Days On / 7 Days Off
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues before breakdowns occur.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Repair and replace conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, and power transmission components.
• Maintain industrial ovens and mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Complete maintenance work orders, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, mills, lathes, and shop equipment.
• Perform welding and fabrication work when required.
• Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout procedures and machine safety standards.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and support operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history logs.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience for B Mechanic level.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience for A Mechanic level.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of machine safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and hot work practices.
• Ability to complete maintenance documentation accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience using mills, lathes, and machining equipment.
• Experience maintaining industrial ovens and mobile equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility environment.
• Non-climate-controlled setting with hot and humid conditions.
• Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, fumes, and wet surfaces.
• Physically active, hands-on role.
• Required PPE includes:

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of West Deptford, NJ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $74880.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
