About the Company Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities can receive, store, process and dispatch cargo to build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Position Summary Operations Coordinator – Redlands location, Shift: 11:30AM – 8:00PM. Direct hire with full benefits. Essential Functions Coordinate and process all return shipments on a daily basis. Review daily return report and POD on dock report. Organize the return area so every shipment is identifiable. Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity. Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations. Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels. Help with customer service issues as they arise. Other duties as requested. Skills & Competencies Detail‑oriented. Excellent computer and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a high‑paced environment. Strong verbal and technical written communication. Highly organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 35+wpm typing. Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance. Excellent time management. Ability to work under pressure.
