Builtech is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines and goals.
- Assist with the on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
- Assist project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc.
- Includes interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
- Daily communication with your project teammates.
