Senior Loan Officer

Title : Senior Loan Officer Location : Dallas, TX. Remote work not offered. This position will work out of a private space at BFI’s coworking facility in Dallas. Within the first 3 months, spend 2‑3 weeks in the main Sioux Falls office; thereafter, an annual trip to Sioux Falls, SD is expected. Company Builder Finance Inc. Job Overview Senior Loan Officer will focus on DSCR originations, serving as the front line with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources. Self‑motivation and an entrepreneurial attitude are essential. BFI operates with a low‑cost, flexible balance sheet, and originations are retained or aggregated for eventual bulk sales. Responsibilities Drive DSCR originations from initial contact to closing. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the HubSpot CRM. Meet minimum origination targets and avoid meaningful client or loan buyer issues to retain employment. Compensation Performance based compensation with potential for substantial bonus tied to profitability per employment agreement. Base salary (not a draw) and standard benefits also provided. Qualifications Experience in DSCR originations is required. Self‑motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.
