Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for a Patient Service Center in Gilbert, Arizona. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, entering patient data, and delivering customer service in a clinic setting with a Monday–Friday and rotating Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other assays
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately and timely
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
