About the Role
The Company is seeking a Data and AI Program Manager to take on a pivotal role as an enterprise leader in the planning, execution, and delivery of data and AI initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading global programs, partnering with cross-regional technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the disciplined execution and value realization of these initiatives. This role demands a professional with a strong background in enterprise-wide program management, excellent communication skills, and high proficiency in project and productivity tools. Experience in IT compliance, data management, or AI project management is a plus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure is essential. Applicants for the Data and AI Program Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years' of experience in project management, vendor management, or PMO-related roles. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical understanding of software engineering concepts, experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, and a PMP certification or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale programs, be adept at problem-solving, and have the ability to proactively resolve issues and manage risks. The role is at the intersection of strategy, program management, and executive communication, and the candidate should be prepared to act as a key stakeholder interface, ensuring alignment across technology, business, and management teams.
