Construction Office Manager

Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage change orders Prepare and manage procure-to-pay process Administration of payment procedures Administration of back‑charges and resolution of claims Interface with multiple departments and disciplines to evaluate seller/subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Interface with business services for invoice and document management resolution Oversee sub‑contractors Track material costs and quantities entering project sites Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Enjoys construction projects and completing assignments on time Self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site Previous experience in the construction industry Willing and able to commute to the office Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and an incentive program. #J-18808-Ljbffr JLM Strategic Talent Partners
