Data Analyst

Support engagement trend analyses and ad hoc deep dives into the content, subscriber, and product drivers of key engagement KPIs Uncover insights to help optimize the content portfolio and drive quality engagement hours Partner with stakeholders across Content Planning, Partnerships, Programming, Product, and Marketing teams Assist in developing new metrics and analytical approaches to measure engagement trends and audience behavior Use SQL and data visualization tools to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences through oral presentations, written reports, and compelling data storytelling Build relationships with strategic and operational business teams to understand data needs and support ongoing analytical requests Requirements Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field 3+ years of hands-on analytical work experience with SQL Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Experience working with large data sets and interpreting data trends using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot data issues, analyze root causes, and communicate findings clearly Highly collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in the streaming media industry and/or supporting a direct-to-consumer or subscription-based product (desired) Passion for TV, film, and entertainment (desired) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in SQL and data visualization tools to analyze engagement trends and audience behavior, translating complex data into actionable insights.
