Social Media Manager

Company Description LitFlask makes the 3-in-1 premium stainless steel water bottle — Bluetooth speaker, portable charger, and insulated bottle in one. We were featured on Oprah's Favorite Things , appeared on Amazon's Box by Box and Buy It Now, and sell DTC plus wholesale and Amazon. We're a small, fast-moving team looking for a Social Media Manager to own our entire social presence and grow it aggressively. What you'll do Own all social channels end to end - TikTok, Instagram, etc Shoot, edit, and post short-form video (this is the core of the job — you should be comfortable on camera and in CapCut/Premiere) Build and run the content calendar; post consistently, daily Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, UGC creators, and influencer partners Track what's working — views, engagement, click-through, affiliate-driven sales — and double down Engage the community: comments, DMs, trends, and the occasional viral moment What we're looking for Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts. Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content. Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels. Comfort with basic analytics tools and social media dashboards to track performance and inform decisions. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple platforms, deadlines, and campaigns in a part-time schedule. Experience with visual content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is beneficial. Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred. Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
