We're hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services across the Aberdeen School District for the 2025–2026 school year. Your Role

• Support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Evaluate and address fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-regulation, and adaptive skills
• Work closely with teachers, SPED staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Use Liri AI to streamline documentation and reduce after-hours workload
• Provide therapy in classrooms, therapy rooms, and small group settings
• Contribute to RTI/MTSS frameworks and promote student independence

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Follows the 2025–2026 school calendar
• Built-in flexibility for planning and documentation
• Option to include Extended School Year (ESY) work

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or eligible Washington State OT license
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration, time management, and communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
