Position Summary

In a senior living environment, the certified nurse's aide provides care with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and resident-centered service. This includes engaging with residents in a professional and compassionate manner, supporting individualized care plans, and fostering a safe, comfortable, and home-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities

Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to nursing staff

Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Follow care plans and facility procedures to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)

High school diploma or GED

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
