Marinko’s Desserts is hiring high-energy Farmers Market Salespeople to run our booths.
This is not a seasonal gig. We're looking for someone who wants to be with us long-term. Both part-time + full-time roles available.
What we do: we sell raw, plant-based cakes. This job is fast, social, and perfect for someone who loves to SELL!
Role: Farmers’ Market Sales Representative (Full Time + Part Time)
Locations: 7 farmers markets across Los Angeles
Schedule: Up to 6 market days per week (full time preferred)
Pay: $21+/hour OR commission, whichever is greater (potential to earn $1,000-1,500+ per week)
Market Schedule
Monday: West Hollywood (Helen Albert), 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Tuesday: Manhattan Beach, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Wednesday: Larchmont Village, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: Westwood Village, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: Manhattan Village, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: Social District (DTLA), 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday: Mar Vista, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What you’ll do:
– Sell desserts + hand out samples NONSTOP
– Maintain a high-energy and friendly presence
– Explain what makes our cakes unique
– Handle payments, keep the booth clean
You’re a fit if: outgoing, reliable, love food/health, can stand 5–6 hours, thrive when it’s busy, are looking for something steady and long-term. Sales/event/retail experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $21/hr guaranteed OR commission (whichever is GREATER). Realistically $1,000-1,500+ per week. EQUITY for the right person. Top sellers consistently beat the guarantee. Sales training + growth opportunities.
