Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity covers a maternity leave from August 31st through December 18th, allowing you to work closely with students and staff while utilizing your specialized skills in a collaborative educational environment—all just a short distance from Buckley, WA.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in a school or preschool setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload of preschool students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of 45 preschool children
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support each student’s individual growth
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to preschool-aged children
• Maintain thorough documentation and IEP records in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions as needed
