• We are hiring an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support for all operational and project-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Access client system and maps to obtain work order details and required completion dates.
• Create tickets based on work order information in Diggers Hotline ProPortal (web-based system) to have facilities located.
• Print, collate, and distribute work packets assigned to Miller Pipeline from client.
• Document work schedule in client's system.
• Update job tracking spreadsheets daily.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills including ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Ability to read, navigate, and plan using complicated maps.
• Above average computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to various unique user interfaces.
• Ability to plan your work and meet deadlines.
• Above average organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Familiarity and understanding of underground utility facilities, state law, and role of Diggers Hotline preferred.
