Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Project Manager based in Glendale Heights, IL. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and addressing project challenges to ensure efficient completion within budget and on time. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Coordination, Project Management, and Construction Project Management Demonstrated expertise in Construction Management and Budgeting for various construction types Proficiency in handling subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and change orders Effective communication, organization, and leadership abilities Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project planning and management Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred Previous experience in commercial or industrial construction projects is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr DEJAMES Builders, Inc.
