Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Type: Full-Time (Preferred) | Part-Time Considered

Location : Monroe, GA (New grads are welcome)

Schedule : Mon-Fri

Typical shifts include:

7:00 AM-4:00 PM

10:00 AM-7:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)

Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient clinic in Monroe, GA. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates who are passionate about providing individualized, patient-centered care. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, provide rehabilitation services, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy and rehabilitation services.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.

• Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation.

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality outpatient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Georgia.

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred but not required.
