Join our team in Perth Amboy, WA as a GMAW Fabrication Specialist and take the lead on precision metal assembly and fabrication. Your craftsmanship and focus on detail will bring complex prints to life and keep projects moving on schedule.

You arrive, review the day’s drawings, and prep your workstation. You set up your MIG rig, verify gas and wire settings, and run test beads to dial in perfect parameters. Throughout the day you:

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components to spec.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating dimensions and symbols into precise welds.
• Inspect completed welds, verifying bead appearance, penetration, and overall quality against standards.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area while following established safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to meet project deadlines and production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to keep it operating at peak performance.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior welders when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding training preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a MIG welder with a portfolio or track record of completed work.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Solid understanding of welding safety procedures and applicable regulations.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Welding certification is a plus.
