Style Consultants will be friendly, helpful, and adept at catering to customers' needs both on the sales floor and in the fitting room. The sales floor must be set up to display the correct products, sizes, colors, and pricing for A&A, Home, and Seasonal goods.### Qualifications* Thorough understanding of our GUEST service principles and demonstrated ability to champion a customer-first mindset throughout every department of the store* Pricing and promotions strategies should be set up according to the guest shopping habits and preferences. You should analyze the competition and find ways to stay ahead by offering competitive pricing and promotions* In order to remain competitive in today's fast-paced fashion industry, it's imperative to stay informed about relevant industry trends such as fashion styles, seasonal variations, and brand uniqueness* Pricing is an essential component when setting up the floor. The pricing strategy should reflect what your guests deem essential. Hence, a thorough understanding of your users' needs is necessary to meet these requirements### Responsibilities* Don't underestimate the power of a kind word or thoughtful gesture – sometimes the smallest efforts can have the biggest impact when it comes to making guests feel welcome and at home* To effectively cater to guests' needs, it's integral to read between the lines and pick up on subtle cues in their speech and behavior indicating their intent* Familiarize yourself with the store's tools to inform your comprehension of crucial statistics, sales targets, best and worst-performing product lines, stock levels, prominent security concerns, customer behavior, and peak hours of business* Maintaining a well-stocked and organized salesfloor is crucial to attracting and retaining customers. This enhances their shopping experience and fosters loyalty to the brand* An effective strategy for improving the shopping environment is to give attention to the smallest details. Small details such as signage, fixtures, and color schemes can all have a significant impact on the overall aesthetics of the store. It's important to give attention to these details to create a cohesive and inviting environment* The fitting rooms are an ideal space to connect with your customers and engage with them on a more personal level, making recommendations that are tailored to their unique needs and preferences* Be proactive in solving guest issues by utilizing the available tools and resources. If you can't answer a question, don't hesitate to seek out additional assistance on the guest's behalf* Attend to the guests' requests with minimum hindrance to your work progress, and organize them in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction* Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly updating product offerings, setting transitions on schedule, and upholding brand standards through consistent re-merchandising* Demonstrate professionalism and competence in managing your designated areas, ensuring that the sales floor is always in optimal condition for customers* Ensure that precise signing and labeling are in place for designated product categories, whether the merchandise is on promotion or not, and have a comprehensive understanding of promotional offerings* Undertake the task of executing revised sales plans and planograms to enhance category sales* Complete the weekly task of adjusting category prices* Use RFID scanning in designated zones and perform system reviews to ensure inventory precision* Properly execute replenishment tasks and catering to the guest requests in the backroom* Keeping the backroom aisles organized and well-maintained is an important aspect of ensuring efficient inventory management, which requires careful tracking of stocked and backstock items, and correct placement based on the designated areas* Create meaningful interactions that are both efficient and enjoyable* Meeting guest requirements can be challenging. By using available tools such as My Checkout and the Target App, provide customers with alternate choices to ensure their needs are fulfilled* We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our guests for shopping at Target.
