What It's All About:

Quadratec is actively seeking passionate, driven, detailed-oriented and collaborative Fulfillment Specialists to provide order management expertise through accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Ideal candidates will have the ability to quickly shift gears, adapt to change, and possess demonstrated experience, as he or she will be given significant responsibility over the inventory function of our business in our fast-paced operations division.

As a Quadratec Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will play an integral role to help to build, manage and maintain the ultimate customer experience.

How you ask?

• Picking and packing product
• Maintaining proper paperwork for each order
• Inventory control
• Conduct product inventories and audits, as assigned
• Be open to cross-training. This includes but not limited to shipping/receiving, quality control, loading/unloading of shipments, special projects, as assigned
• Monitors facilities and equipment for proper cleanliness and functionality
• Be a team player with other projects and duties, as assigned.

What You'll Need!

Not everyone can be a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:

• Experience: At least 1 year in distribution center environment
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Skills: You must be a strong communicator with the natural talent to build and maintain relationships with coworkers and stakeholders.

Let’s add in a little extra too just to make it fun!

• Forklift certification, preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. (daily lifting to 40 lbs)
• Consistent attention to detail and quality
• Strong ability to work with the team as well as independently
