This is a fully remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and mission-driven company.This is a full-time remote position. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and contentCreate, schedule, and manage social media contentMarketing lead research and lead qualifyingMaintain and improve marketing database quality and hygieneManage website updates and publish blog contentManage inbound lead requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRMCollaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as neededWork Experience Qualifications:2+ years in a similar Marketing roleExperience with various social media platforms and content schedulingExperience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plusOther Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesSelf-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skillsCompensation:Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experienceBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision InsuranceSTD, LTD, Life Insurance401(k)PTO and Paid Holidays
