Position InformationHiring Manager:Associate DirectorDepartment:Global Product GroupDepartment OverviewThe Global Product Group (“GPG”) is a component of the Investor Partners Group (“IPG”) that is responsible for the investor product lifecycle, spanning product ideation and development, product marketing and execution, product management and reporting. The team oversees, manages and seeks to optimize the Firm’s existing suite of investor products. GPG collaborates with Firm leadership and business unit leaders to plan and execute high impact projects such as new fund launches, product extensions, customized separate account vehicles and new multi-product strategic partnerships. The team also serves as the product expert for the Firm’s investor product offerings.Position Responsibilities The individual will support IPG’s sales efforts by managing and creating compelling investor marketing materials.Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Updating and ensuring on-time completion for recurring materials (e.g., product pitchbooks, performance updates, webcasts, internal communications)Assisting in the creation of new content and materials with a focus on clear visual flow and storytellingDevelop ad-hoc client deliverables (e.g., custom presentations, exhibits), incorporating feedback and completing approval processesCoordinate with Product Materials approvers and Compliance to ensure materials are approved and meet regulatory and jurisdictional requirementsAnalyzing product and investment data to extract insights and integrate them into cohesive narratives that reinforce consistent messagingParticipating in internal projects that support fundraising and firmwide marketing initiativesCandidate RequirementsQualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree requiredAt least 2 years of relevant product and / or materials experience at an asset management firmUnderstanding of private debt or fixed income is a plusStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint is requiredExperience with Seismic is preferredOutstanding organization and project management skills, particularly with respect to managing time-sensitive requestsExceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamworkStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations and appropriate use of AI generated outputsEnthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work cultureCritical Competencies for SuccessOur Gold Standards define key behaviors and competencies across 4 dimensions: Leadership, Achieving Results, Personal Effectiveness and Thinking Critically. Communicates with others regarding data and content stewardship to ensure accuracy and integrity and encourages others to uphold data and content stewardship practices.Relationship Management: Creates ways to engage others, cultivate trust and build long-term win-win partnerships with investors, business partners and internal teams.Compensation and BenefitsFor Illinois and New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $145,000 to $165,000 for a Senior Associate and $115,000 to $140,000 for an Associate. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
