Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help promote safety and independence.
