Compensation (Read This Carefully)

This is a performance-driven role.

Base salary exists, but it’s not why top performers are here

Average agents earn $60K–$70K

Strong agents earn $85K–$100K+

Top closers go beyond that

If you’re confident in your ability to produce, this is an opportunity to control your income.

If you’re not… the base won’t feel comfortable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound sales conversations
• Building trust quickly and leading clients to the right decision
• Closing consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable
• Asking for referrals and creating more opportunity
• Taking ownership of your results, every single day
• You’ll spend 80%+ of your time on the phone.

Requirements

What It Takes to Be Considered

Non-negotiables:

Active PC or Personal Lines License

Minimum 1 year of PC insurance sales experience

If you don’t meet these, we won’t move forward.
