As a CT Technologist in this thriving environment, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience with contemporary imaging technology, such as Siemens Perspective 64-slice CT and Siemens 1.5 Tesla MRI systems. Collaborate with leading providers in a Level III Trauma Center, further advancing your skills while encountering a wide variety of patient cases and imaging scenarios. This assignment will enrich your resume while exposing you to different approaches in patient care, imaging protocols, and leadership philosophies.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: primarily handling ED cases
- Average 15-20 scans per shift
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT registration in CT (Computed Tomography)
- Current state licensure (as applicable)
- Recent, relevant experience as a CT Tech
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital and trauma settings
- Perform CT scans and related diagnostic procedures
- Operate and maintain Siemens and GE imaging equipment
- Ensure accurate imaging following safety protocols and physician guidelines
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary medical team
- Maintain quality patient care and efficient workflow during night/evening hours
