Location: Long Island East - Deer Park Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period Patient Mix: PPO /FFS Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and present treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care
