To drive new business growth within the automotive marketing industry, the full-time Chief Growth Officer will scale a high-performing sales team, optimize pipeline management, and develop sales strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on new business acquisition within the automotive dealership market Leverage data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and inform strategic decisions based on key performance indicators Recruit, develop, and mentor top sales talent while establishing performance metrics to ensure adherence to revenue targets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the automotive or digital marketing industries Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealership landscapes Proven track record of driving new business growth and expanding dealership client portfolios Expertise in building and managing data-driven sales processes and forecasting models
