Leasing Associate - The Rosery

Job Description Lead daily leasing activities to achieve occupancy, rent growth, and conversion goals, managing all prospect interactions, tours, follow‑ups, and leasing paperwork. Utilize sales techniques, collect applicant data, enter information, initiate background checks, and coordinate move‑in/move‑out readiness. Provide resident and prospect customer service to resolve complaints, maintain communication standards, and ensure a positive customer experience. Perform property presentation and inspection duties, ensuring cleanliness of common areas and vacant units; escort prospects through units/amenities and operate keys/vehicles as needed. Support administrative and operational functions, including key and package management, move‑in file setup, competitive shopping, and offering revenue‑enhancing suggestions. Perform property presentation and inspection duties, ensuring cleanliness of common areas and vacant units; escort prospects through units/amenities and operate keys/vehicles as needed. Support administrative and operational functions, including key and package management, move‑in file setup, competitive shopping, and offering revenue‑enhancing suggestions. #PIQ Qualifications Multi‑family experience preferred, with a track record of meeting goals and following a structured sales process. Strong customer service skills to support current residents and engage future prospects. Flexible availability to work during established office hours, including weekends. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation. Benefits Expected pay range of $19.00/hour-$21.00/hour + commissions.
