Our client is looking for a Lead Air Duct Service Technician to lead field crews and ensure high-quality service on every job. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in skilled trades who enjoys leading a team and is looking to grow into a Field Supervisor position.

No prior air duct cleaning experience is required. Our client will provide training on air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The most important qualifications are leadership experience, a solid trades background, and safe ladder operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on job sites and ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards.

• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning using specialized equipment (training provided).

• Conduct pre-service and post-service inspections.

• Safely set up and use ladders up to 40 feet following OSHA and company safety standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during service visits.

• Train, mentor, and support junior technicians.

• Complete service reports and job documentation using FieldPulse .

• Assist in improving field operations and processes as the company continues to grow.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a physically demanding trade or field service role such as:

  • HVAC

  • Roofing

  • Landscaping

  • Painting

  • General Construction

  • Or a similar skilled trade

• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring other technicians or crew members.

• Must have hands-on experience safely setting up and working on ladders up to 40 feet and following OSHA ladder safety practices. (Required)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other physically demanding environments.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn new skills.
