Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and constructing personalized care plans
• Identifying and managing acute and chronic conditions in consultation with fellow healthcare providers or independently based on your credentials
• Guiding patients and their families in health education, prevention strategies, and long-term wellness
• Prescribing medications and therapies consistent with your scope of practice

Essential Qualifications
