ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five who bring positive energy and a strong work ethic to everything we do. I'm a second-generation State Farm agent and spent many years in different roles within State Farm corporate before opening my own office, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and how to support both customers and team members.

I've been married to my college sweetheart for 22 years, and we have three kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support my team every day. I stay active in the community through sorority service and outreach, financial literacy programs at local schools, homebuyer workshops, cheer coaching, and sponsorships for local schools. Giving back and helping others succeed is a big part of who I am.

Our team enjoys a four-day workweek with early Fridays, along with disability and life insurance, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on quality of life. I'm very family-oriented and supportive, and I take pride in coaching and developing my team both personally and professionally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Nicole Billings-Turner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
