Workday Analyst

Senior Workday Analyst - Birmingham, AL Our client is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to support and optimize its Workday environment. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to maintain system functionality, improve processes, and deliver meaningful reporting and analytics. Responsibilities Support day-to-day Workday administration and troubleshooting Configure business processes, security, and system enhancements Develop reports, dashboards, and ad hoc data analysis Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements Assist with system upgrades, testing, and integrations Ensure data accuracy and system integrity Qualifications 3+ years of Workday or related HRIS/ERP experience Experience with reporting, configuration, and system support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
